Ventoux Immo Provence is a real estate agency unlike most others. We're both passionate about Provence, the region we've lived in since 2009. It's our greatest pleasure to let people share in that passion, and that's why we want to go to great lengths to help others make their own dream about building a life here, come true. That's why our mission statement is "turning dreams into reality". ( with a little wink to 'Real Estate'...) For us, it's not so much about closing the next real estate deal, but about making a dream, a life's project turn into a reality.

history

In 2009, when we were in our early thirties, we decide to move to the South of France. There we started a small company proposing our services to the owners of holiday homes: handing over keys, cleaning and gardening.

Soon, our clients began to ask us whether we could also help them rent out their properties. That's why we decided to create vakantiehuizen provence (it means holiday homes in Dutch) in 2014. We specialised in quality holiday homes for every budget. Since our own origins are in Belgium, we quite naturally attracted a lot of owners from Belgium and the Netherlands. Today, about 90% of our property owners originate from these two countries.

To our clients, we offer complete services. Owners know that they can fully trust us with the care and rental of their home. Holiday makers are guaranteed to pass a wonderful, relaxing holiday under the Provençal sun.

Next to her daily duties, Kathelijne also followed an education as real estate agent in France, and worked for a local real estate agency. Hence, we received many request (both from owners and from holiday makers) to help them find or sell a property in Provence. That's why we decided to transform vakantiehuizen provence into the SAS Ventoux Immo Provence in 2017. We're now a real estate agency proposing both holiday rentals and real estate sales.
